Honoring The Little Guys #65: Mendel Craven

Mendel Craven was one of the characters that benefited greatly carrying over from the 1998 Godzilla movie to the animated cartoon series, because not only did he become more important to the story but he also HAD character at all beyond just the "skeptical guy who sneezes all the time".  In the show he was presented as a brilliant scientist, mechanical engineer and overall asset to the HEAT team rather than just being that background dude who shows up three times and you forget about him.
Malcom Denare portrayed Craven in both the feature film and the animated series, one of only two actors to actually do so (the other being Kevin Dunn and Major Hicks).  He's mostly been a character actor but is still working today.
